These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dbd22 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the dbd22 website and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other gaming products offered through the platform. These Terms apply to all users regardless of their location within Bangladesh.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on dbd22, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. dbd22 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Each eligible person may maintain only one registered account on dbd22. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all accounts held by that individual, along with forfeiture of any associated balances. To register, you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and create a secure password. The following conditions apply to your account:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. dbd22 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. You must submit a valid government-issued photo identity document (NID or passport). Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
• You must promptly notify dbd22 if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. dbd22 support is available 24/7 via live chat.
• dbd22 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time in order to comply with its fair play and security obligations.

If you close your account voluntarily and subsequently wish to reopen it, you must contact dbd22 support. Reopening is subject to approval and re-verification of your identity. Any balances remaining in a voluntarily closed account at the time of closure are governed by the withdrawal terms set out in Section 3.

dbd22 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have a fully registered and verified dbd22 account. One bonus per player per promotion period applies unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred between accounts.
• dbd22 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if it has been claimed in error, in bad faith, or in suspected breach of these Terms.
• Free spins awarded as part of a bonus have an expiry period. Any free spins not used within the stated expiry window will be forfeited automatically without compensation.

dbd22 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated play between multiple accounts to exploit promotions, stake manipulation designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of bonus terms. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended and all associated bonus winnings voided.

All content on the dbd22 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of dbd22 or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of dbd22.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the dbd22 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to scrape data, reverse-engineer any part of the platform, or use dbd22 content in any other context outside of your personal account session.

dbd22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or bonus terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request, or provision of fraudulent or invalid verification documents.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or its other users.

Where an account is closed by dbd22 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct (for example, at dbd22's business discretion), any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any applicable checks.

dbd22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, dbd22 will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page. In cases of significant changes, dbd22 may also notify active players via the contact details held on their account.

Your continued use of the dbd22 platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting dbd22 support.
